This By-law becomes effective when passed by Council, subject to its ap- proval by the Ontario Municipal Board. Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of By-law No. 74-14, is hereby amended by changing to C the zone symbol on the lands designated "ZONE CHANGE TO C" on the attached Schedule "A" hereto. 2. Schedule "'A"' hereto is hereby made a part of this By-law as fully and to all intents and purposes as though recited in full herein. 3.
