Construction of a new hotel-motel complex to be located near the foot of Main Street is six months off. Both town officials and the facility's developer will be sitting down soon to thrash out potential problems before they become insurmountable. When the Ivan Ansley, director of finances for the *™mcoe County Board in this area was contacted about the matter, he refused comment. 'I don't think discussion of a basic budget or the status of capital accounts should take place in public...it's not the place to be discussed in public." Ansley did say that some schools spend their funds early in the year while others spend later as needs arise. But he objected to isolating one school for discussion and said that with any of the 100 or schools under his jurisdiction, it was "'not (his) place to divulge that information."
