Children must be accompanied by an adult. at tee Rate increases for animal control approved At Victoria Harbour's council meeting Mon- day night, it was decided that rate in- creases would be ac- cepted from Bay Animal Control. Bay Animal Control is run by George and Margaret Winteler of Fesserton and they are responsible for picking up stray dogs and cats in Tay Township, Port MeNicoll and Victoria Harbour. The basic increases will see the rates rise from $1.75 per capita to $2.25 per capita. That means that the fee is decided upon by multiplying the number of people in "Victoria Harbour by $2.25 and this amount is then divided by 12 months.
