Mr. Quesnelle was born in Tiny Township and lived most of his life in the Penetanguishene area. On July 31, 1948, he married Anna Kerik in Belleville, Ont. He was a member of the Champlain Senior Citizen Club. Mr. Quesnelle was predeceased by his parents, Andrew Quesnelle and Sarah Belcourt and _ by brothers, Alcime, Omer and Martial.
