Also to Mr. and Mrs. Murray Greaves whose son was born on January 7, 1981 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie. Fraser Carr is in hospital as the result of an unfortunate accident at work. He suffered a fractured jaw and several broken ribs. He is making good progress in Royal Victoria Hospital. Mrs. Mary Kendrick spent Christmas in Thornhill with Mr. and Mrs. D. Yeomans and family and New Years in North Bay with her other daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Parks and family. Rev. and Mrs. Glenn Sim, Michael and Shannon were in Dunnville for Christmas and Apsley for New Years. Kirton visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Doug Kirton and family of Elmvale, Mr. and Mrs. Rod Coward and boys of Dalston and Mr. and Mrs. Terry Menaul of Hillsdale. Christmas visitors with Barb and Floyd Sinton and Stan were Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gray of Hawkestone; Mr. and Mrs. Doug Smith and Paula of Hawkestone, and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Gray and family of Guthrie. The new hours are in effect now and are as follows: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. -6 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. - 10 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday in the Wyebridge Community Centre. Both groups spent an enjoyable evening playing games and Mak tne preparations for up- coming craft days and events. Congratulations to Stu and Peggy Withers were extended last Sunday as they celebrated their 34th wedding = an- niversary. Several people are on the sick list, little Adam St. Denis is in the Huronia District Hospital in Midland and Mrs. Hayes from Mount St. Louis is in Penetanguishene General Hospital. That PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISH- MENT in SECTION 2-DEFINITIONS be deleted in its entirety and be replaced with the following: "PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISH- MENT" shall mean a building or part of a building wherein services are provided to the public such as a barbershop, hairdressing establishments, beauty salons (cosmetic) a shoe repair shop, a watch and jewellery repair shop and uses associated thereto. 2. All provisions of By-law 79-40 except those expressly amended herein shall apply to the subject lands. 3. This By-law shall take effect from the date of passage by Council and shall come into force if no objections are received after circulation, by the attachment of a certificate under Section 35(27) of the Planning Act or, in the event of objections, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. The above is a brief explanation of the pur- pose and effect of By-law No. 80-93.
