On Diamond one Sharon Reeves, Wendy Land and Pat Cruise lead the Hornets to victory On Diamond one, Sharon Reeves, Wendy Lang and Pat Cruise led the Hornets to a victory with three runs each while Carole Wright and Pat Quesnelle kept the Better Half in the game with good fielding and batting. On Diamond four, Janet Picken and Dorothy Cumming were the big batters for the Blue Machine while Nancy Clements provided some excellent fielding with a super double play on third. The entire Strike Breaker team batted well and they came up with some good catches by Mary Jones, Pat Robitaille and Lucy Weatherall as well as completing the fourth inning with a double play by Sharon Mid- dleton on first. The Strike Breakers got a real bad "break"' when Joyce Milne brought in a run with her two bagger but sacrificed her ankle when sliding _ into second. Keep the foot up Joyce, and come back soon.
