y John and Liz Dennis Over the past five weeks" several Wyebridge area youngsters took part in swimming lessons on Monday's and Friday's in the pool of Sandra and Paul Porteous. The following is a list their anniversary and en. joyed an anniversary 12th wedding dinner at Freda's Midland. The dinner was a gift from Trish's_ sister Friday, who was visiting with them over the weekend from San Francisco. in Friday took side trips to local beaches, Toronto, where she and Mike braved the C.N. Tower, and of course Friday took in the local sights. Karley and Bruce MacArthur had a visit from their best man last Wednesday. At first that sounds you find out that he does this every year. Bill Bergstrom, from Kentucky meets his family in New York city every year for a reunion, then he takes one day and drives from New York to Wyebridge to visit with the couple who's friendship means so much to him. - Bruce and Eloise Cameron had a delightful visit from family members this past weekend. Daughter Heather and grand- daughters, Daina and Denise visited from Richmond Hill, while Eloise's __ sister-in-law from Sterling also visited for the weekend. Last Wednesday Wyebridge lost four residents who will be hard to replace. Larry and Elizabeth Gedge and their two daughters, Laurel and Meredith have moved to Midland. We would like to wish them the best of luck in their new home. At this time we would They got into the swim | like to welcome a new couple to our com- munity. Ron and Etta O'Conner are from Paris, Ontario, and they have chosen Wyebridge as their new home. We hope they enjoy their new home and we are sure it won't be long before they are com- pletely settled in.
