Harold Ellison of the Beeton club was elected vice-chairman. Gra- yden Broad, Walter McGilroy and Ken Ellis represented the Midland club. The Midland club, it was announced, will host the first round of the men's district pairs playoffs next June. After the business part of the meeting the bowlers and some of the wives who were in at- tendance bowled two 10- end games on the Aurora greens.
