As Public Relations Officer for Rocky Shores District, I am aware of the need for better com- munication between us and the general public bul also between the parents of the girls and the leaders. Why not arrange to visit your daughter's Unit with her sometime, maybe a craft night when an extra pair of hands is always ap- preciated. This year Rocky Shores District is entering a float in the Christmas Parade. Though still in the planning stages it sounds promising. Let's all pull together and make it a success. As usual the Guides, Brownies, Pathfinders and Rangers were asked to participate in the Rememberance Day Parade. I wish to thank the Legion for inviting us to participate and for providing the girls with a snack af- terwards.
