Tiny council Wednesday endorsed a resolution by Midland asking "the Government of Ontario to - require all taxing authorities under its control to bill their ratepayers directly for the taxes which they are authorized to levy.' Increases in County and school board requirements have hit many municipal budgets hard this year.
