Good enough, in fact, to win the Midland Huronia Volleyball Club's Men's A division iriples tournament title with a 15-12, 11-15, 15-8 victory over the Bod Squad a! the club's Little Lake Park courts. Both of the Mens' A division finalists were made up of threesomes (iriples is three on a side) from the Scarboro Solars and York University clubs of the Ontario Volleyball Association's Senior group. Local players com- prised four of the 19 teams in the three- division event and all the local squads kepi ihings competitive. Both area threesomes in the Mens' A division placed third in their pools, just one point out of second. Brian Quesnelle, Vince Deschamps and Bob Heins formed one of the teams and Rick Presse, John Quilty, Paul Cox and Gerry Robitaille made up the other.
