The purpose for which the n.oney is to be borrowed is to construct school buildings and purchase furniture and equipment for Ecole St. Louis, Dufferin Street, Penetanguishene; St. Joseph's School, Cundles Road East, Barrie; St. Mary's School, Findlay Drive and George Street, Collingwood; and the purchase of a site and initial construction of a building for a school in the Township of Innisfil. 2. With respect to conversions, the town hopes to assemble background information on conversions and develop effective control mechanisms which are related to local needs.
