By-law 1985-96 is a "housekeeping" amendment because it makes changes to the text of the overall zoning by-law which are needed for clarity and to avoid confusion. The amendment defines some existing terms used in the by-law and deletes some sections which are no longer necessary. With one exception involving municipally-owned lands, By-law 1985-96 is not "site specific" in nature because it does not refer to a specific property, but rather to the zoning by-law for the town as a whole.
