The PAC has supported the expansion of Bonaven- ture Estates. The committee decided at its meeting last week to recommend council to pass a new zoning bylaw to . change the lands from Deferred Development to Residential Second Densi- ty (R2), allowing only for single family homes. The lands on the corner of Robert and Dunlop streets will be subdivided into 22 lots, if council en- dorses the recommendation. The committee says it has been impressed with the quality of housing development in that area of town. As well, lands on the cor- ner of Broad and Fuller Streets, owned by Gordon and Theresa Champion, could be split into lots allowing for the construc- tion of single family homes. The committe has restricted the type of house that can be built to single family detached residences.
