SAAN ' @ Waterfront prices up A recent survey released by a major real estate com- pany shows the demand for waterfront properties across the province is soaring. The survey found that Midland-area properties rank among the highest- priced waterfront proper- ties in the province. A three-bedroom winterized house on water- front property in this area is said to range from $125,000 to $150,000. The survey, produced by Royal LePage, indicates a shortage of remaining waterfront lots has driven the price of the remaining lots higher.
