Canadian poet-diplomat Robert A.D. Ford, former Canadian ambassador to Moscow (1964-80), receiv- ed an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa. Following the con- ferring of his Honorary Degree Mr. Ford delivered the convocation address. Fifty years married Family and friends of Alfred and Louise Krauss of Penetanguishene helped the couple earlier this year celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
