U-Bag-It is staffed not only by Irene but her right hand person Margie Blue, who is credited with all the creative window fashions. Jennifer Moreau, a student, assists on weekends. Their knowledge and sharing of recipes and ideas makes food shopping enjoyable. They will help fill your recipe requirements or phone ahead and your order will be awaiting you. U-Bag-It has a wide selection of every baking and confectionary need. Nuts, dried fruit, glazed fruit, flour, sugar, spices, Christmas candies, chocolate etc. ' For those interested in cake decorations, a large assortment of supplies to decorate cakes or for those chocolate lovers, molds for every occasion. Special boxes, pot pourri and folk art all add to the decor of a bright clean store. Doug and Irene have two sons, Brandon 3 years and Curtis 2 years. Customers are quite accustomed to the boys. In the early stages of U-Bag-It Brandon and Curtis helped Mom from their baby walkers. Now customers can see their progress by the recent pic- tures hanging by the register.
