The amount to be borrowed is $1,500,000 for 10 years on the security of the said debentures, which shall be a charge upon the schoolhouse property and premises and any other real or personal property vested in the said Board and upon the separate school rates collectible by the said Board. 3. The debentures are to be dated the 22nd day of Ju- ly, 1988 and shall be payable in ten annual instalments of principal on the 22nd day of July in each of the years 1989 to 1998, both inclusive, and shall bear interest payable semi-annually on January 22 and July 22 in each year. The debentures maturing in the years 1989 to 1991, both inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum, the debentures maturing in the years 1992 and 1993 shall bear interest at the rate of 10%% per annum and the debentures maturing in the years 1994 to 1998, both inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 103%4% per annum.
