me ao EE Ha Great start but a disappointment It was a great start. But the St. Theresa's High School Midget Girls basketball team faced a disappointing loss to a Bar- rie team in a tournament last Saturday. The Midget Girls team launched its season last week against Twin Lakes of Orillia with a resoun- ding 99-16 victory. And then, Patrick Fogar- ty was the next school to feel the wrath of St. T's mighty Midgets, falling 62-25. Extra-strong teamwork and devastating offence provided by Jennifer McGregor, Leanne Hrizo and Cindy Quesnelle con- tributed to the Crusaders' successes. Last Saturday the girls played in the Barrie Cen- tral Tournament where they started the day off with an impressive 42-16 win over the host school. Again, teamwork was the key to the Crusader's success with strong efforts from Sherry Langley and Lk.
