"With the onslaught of winter and the millions of tons of cor- rosive rock salt dumped on roads, consumers should protect their cars with after market rustproof- ing,' advises Dan Janssen, presi- dent of Ziebart Canada. Janssen recommends that con- sumers look for a reputable com- pany with a proven track record. "The company should always back-up. its rust protection with a warranty that protects the con- sumer for as long as he or she owns the car," he notes.
