~~ eee ee i le ot Harbour restaurant is 'smitten' The downstairs bar at the Harbour Restaurant in Victoria Harbour had its official re-opening recently, with the Dorion and Macey band. New owner Brian Smit- ten used to be a nurse at the Mental Health Centre in Penetang. He is operating the restaurant, which he purchased from Larry and Barbara Barr. Smitten is renovating the downstairs bar with a sports theme. There's a rear entrance and lobby where a showcase holds trophies won by Smitten and his family. The Harbour sponsors a mixed baseball team. A couple of their trophies are in the cabinet too. Smitten plans sports memorabilia and pictures throughout establishment. As for the restaurant fish fry, but it runs from 4 to 8 instead of 5 to 9 open weekdays at 7 a.m. p.m. and weekends at 8 a.m. the . menu, "Everything's the <3 same,' Smitten said. Clinton Benjamin Ellery, 47, of RR 1, Midland, died in Toron- to Western Hospital on Dec. 4. The native -Midlander was the son of Clinton and Eva Ellery. He mar- ried Barbara Jean Dell in Midland on June 11, 1966. He was a machine set up worker for Leitz for 23 years. His wife, son Clinton Edwin Ellery, daughter Chrystal Lynn Ellery (Rusch), his parents, and his brother James William Ellery, all survive him. Father Vid Vlasic of- ficiated at the funeral mass held Dec. 7 in Nicholls Funeral Home. Cremation followed, Career mechanic Victoria Harbour native Gilbert Joseph Juneau has died at age 72. He died Dec. 2 in the Villa Care Centre, Midland, following a 13-year illness. He was a mechanic and was self-employed all of his working life. Mary Agnes Charlebois was his common law wife. Sons Ivan Leo, and Richard Charlebois, and brothers Earl and Alvin survive. Father Louis Dignard officiated at the funeral mass held Dec. 5 in St. Ann's Memorial Church, Penetanguishene. Inter- ment in St. Ann's Cemetery. ----------
