Lochhead presented to the council the Honor Flag of the Governor General to the township of Elma, in obtaining its objective in the recent Victory Loan. The coun- cil unamiously agreed that the flag be kept in the clerk's office to be used for celebrating jubilee events within the township. Moved by Coates -- IlIman -- that the council do now adjourn to meet as a court of revision on the Nichol- son drain improvement by-law.
