- Opened December 22. 1919 and was billed as "Brantford’s Supreme Playhouse".

- Dimensions of the Theatre. proper: 156 x 94 feet.

- Original owners "Brant Amusement Ltd." a locally formed Corporation.

- 1919 Matinee AdmissIon –25 cents, 50 cents for loges and box seats

- First Manager, Ernest Moule.

- Music supplied by "Harold Vansickle and his Capitolians”
