MARTIN Herbert Herman (Barney) - In his 84th year has gone to be with his Creator on October 14, 1992. Mr. Martin spent the last three years at Iroquois Lodge, Ohsweken. He operated the Sour Springs Garage for sixty years prior to that. He will be missed by many friends and neighbours. He was predeceased by his first wife, Rose Staats and second wife, Julia Montour and special friend, Marie Martin; also predeceased by his parents, Herb and Christine Martin and brother, Thomas Martin and sister, Mina Maracle. He leaves to mourn him sisters, Ella Gladhill of Detroit; Irvine Smith of Gladwin, Michigan; Phyllis Bonney of Brantford; Anne MacNaughton of Six Nations and brother, Elwood Martin of Six Nations. He will also be missed by special friends, Bev Martin, Woody Martin and Dave Martin of Six Nations. Resting at Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken after 6 p.m., Saturday where service will be held on Sunday at 1 p.m. Interment Stumphall Cemetery. Evening prayers, 7 p.m., Saturday.
