LONGBOAT - At the Chedoke Hospital, Hamilton, on Wednesday, August 27, 1980, Samuel D. Longboat, of R.2 Ohsweken, in his 75th year; husband of the late Julia Lay; loving father of Barry, Elva and Samuel, all of R. 2 Ohsweken; brother of Alton, Cleveland and Mrs. Marie Henry, all of R.2 Ohsweken; also survived by 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Resting at the home of his sister, Mrs. Marie Henry (Fifth Line) Ohsweken. Funeral service Friday 11 a.m., at the Seneca Longhouse. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
