MARTIN; David Vernon (Dowie) - At the Brantford General Hospital, on Friday March 11, 1983, David Vernon (Dowie) Martin, of Ohsweken, in his 45th year; beloved husband of Joyce Clause; dear father of Jack and Randy, both of R. 1 Ohsweken; Karen, Kenny, David Jr. and Paula, all at home; loving son of Charlotte Martin. R. 1 Ohsweken; also survived by five grandchildren. Mr. Marlin was an employee of the Massey Ferguson "M" Foundry. Also a member of the Army, Navy and Air Force Club, Unit 341 and the Scotland Masonic Lodge No. 193. Resting at Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken, from 2 p.m., Sunday until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, then to the Salvation Army Citadel, Ohsweken for funeral service at 2 p,m. Interment in adjoining cemetery. Evening prayers, Monday, 8 p,m. Captain J. Miller officiating.
