LICKERS; James E. - At the Brantford General Hospital, on Sunday, September 11, 1983, James (Jimmy) E. Lickers, in his 74th year; beloved husband of the late Irvene Lickers; loving father of Bruce, Grace (Mrs. Walter Koptie), Rodger, Mrs. Laurel Davey, all of Brantford; Robert of Calgary, Alberta; Richard and Warren of Brantford; Darryl of Pembroke; Sally (Mrs. John Gamble), Colleen (Gamble) and Peter, all of Brantford; dear brother of Robert, Frank and Rita and predeceased by one brother, Milton; loving grandfather to 32 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Lickers was a retired employee of Cromar Construction Company. Rested at the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home, Brantford, until Wednesday, September 14, 3 p.m. Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Mohawk Chapel Restoration Fund, Box 278, Brantford, Ontario, N3T 5M8, or the charity of your choice.
