Jonathan, Mabel

Mabel (Sherry) Jonathan, a resident of Lady Willingdon Nursing Homes, Ohsweken, died Sunday, December 11, 1983 in her 82nd year.

Mrs. Jonathan was the wife of the late Andrew T. Jonathan.

She is survived by children Wilfred Sherry, Jessie Carpenter and John Jonathan all of RR 6 Hagersville, Lucy Johns of Bermuda, Elva Towart and Mrs. Daniel McNaughton Jr. (Elaine), both of Brantford, Verna Sherman of Buffalo, Melvin Jonathan of Rochester, N.Y. and Virginia Harrison of RR 1 Hagersville.

She was predeceased by two children, Truman and Hazel and siblings Hilton and Sally.

Mrs. Jonathan rested at the Hyde and Mott Funeral Home. A funeral service was held at Medina Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m; with Reverend Mehar officiating assisted by Rev. M. Henry and Rev. S. Clark.
