- BIG CHIEF, LITTLE BRAVE - The Big Chief of hockey, George Armstrong, captain of Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team, was presented with a lacrosse stick Monday at the Ohsweken Community Hall by Norman Thomas on behalf of the Six Nations elected council. Mr. Armstrong's visit was part of a tour of reserves across Ontario, sponsored by the Ontario department of lands and forests. He urged Indian youth to strive for better education and gain a place in Canadian society. The Maple Leaf captain also described a day in training camp and outlined his career.
