Description
"Several readers have expressed a desire to hear more about Indian shamans or medicine men. One of the better known of shamans among other natives of his time was the Shawnee Prophet, Tenskwatawa. His name in English means The Open Door. He was the brother of the Shawnee war chief, Tecumseh, who is the subject of this year's Six Nations Pageant."
