SMITH; Elda, M. - At the Brantford General Hospital, on Sunday, March 21, Elda M. Smith, passed peacefully to the other side of Life after a lengthy illness in her 58th year, beloved wife of Oliver M. Smith; dear mother of David, Ohsweken; Dianne Robertson, Pickering; Sara Dale Smith, Morris and Steven all of R. 6 Hagersville; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; also six brothers, Jay Silverheels, Canoga Park, California; Albert, R. 6 Hagersville; Cecil, Kenmore, New York; Hugh, Hagersville; Leslie, Ottawa; Allan Tonawanda, New York; predeceased by her father, Captain A.G.E. Smith, her mother, Mabel P. Smith, two brothers, Donald and George (Chubb); two sisters Mary and Beulah. Blessed are they who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Funeral arrangements incomplete.
