This time nature wa.s the vandal. r:e are happy to report that no other damage was done around New Credit School during the holidays. Report Cards The teachers at New Credit had hoped to send out report cards long before the holidays but they did not arrive until the last 1Yed. before the holidays. With the concert to prepare for and other things to consider it was felt that the time was too short to prepare them and send the m out. Also the child- r en might have lost the m if they had kept them over the 2 week holidays, so the report cards vdll go out this veek. Any New Credit parents who wish to di s<:!uss their child I s progress with the teachers are v,elcome to do so. More Heat at New Credit Sc ool The school will be more comfortable now tha t the hot ·water heaters have been extended and bierger 1ilater pipes put in . The Gr. 5 & 6 r oom was too frigid for school work one mornin in December and several times it was too cold for comfort. The sum kept the Gr. 3 & 4 room on the East side of the school a little warmer but not much. However, it was better than the old wood stoves that used to be in the old school, Helping My Father I wa s helping my f ather fix a wheel. Then the '!,heel crashed on my fathers hand.
