Rohowetz, Randy Jo

April 4, 1954 - March 23, 2009

With great sorrow the family of Randy announces her passing into the arms of Jesus at Henderson Hospital after a brief illness. Randy was the precious and much loved mother of Jessica (Cody) and Jodie, and special Gramma to Zoe and Lily. Treasured daughter of Joyce and John Hess and Peter and Janina Dekker. Beloved sister of Shelley and children Erica (J.D. and son Noah), Justin, Karlie and daughter Misha and Chris and children Shawn (Carly and daughter Avery), and Jacob, stepsister to Crystal Robson (and sons John and Adam), Jennifer Smith (Darcy Cole and sons Michael and Dylan) and Jamie (Brian LaRush and son Adam). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Randy was a much loved and respected teacher with Grand Erie Board of Education and is a former Principal of Lloyd S. King Elementary School. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brock University and a Bachelor of Education from Nippissing University in North Bay. She was a strong assertive wonderful woman with a passion for life. Her main loves were her family, friends, traveling adventures and reading. In accordance with Randy's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends were received at the Dennis Toll Funeral Home where a memorial service was held on Friday, March 27 at 11am.
