LaForme, Leo (Died)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leo LaForme who was surrounded by his family while losing a courageous battle with cancer on Friday September 18, 2015 at the age of 66 years. Loving husband of 45 years to Maureen. Father of Leo Jr. (Kerrie), Daniel (Shannon), Justin (Jenny). Special Papa to Amanda, Jaime-Lee, Declan, Conner, Kieran (Deceased), Quinn, Raven, Aiden, Bella, Gracie, and grand Papa to Kylie, and Boden. Son of the late Leo and Peggy LaForme. Brother to Donna, Ronnie (Deceased), He will also be greatly missed by nephew and nieces in England and Australia. Special thank you to Diane and Lisa for their tender, loving, care and support during this journey. Also special thanks to First Nation nursing, staff at Juravinski Hospital.
