To the Municipal Council Township of Flos.
The petition of the majority in number of the resident and non-resident persons (exclusive of farmer's sons not actual owners) as shown by the last revised assessment roll of the Township of Flos in the County of Simcoe to be the owners of the lands to be benefitted within said township, and herein after described, showeth as follows.
Your petitioners request that the area of land within the said township and being described as follows, that is to say, lots numbered.
The North Half lots number 8 and 9 in the 6th con.

North " " " 8 and 9 7th "
South " " " 9 and the North Half of lot number 8 in the 8th concession.
South Half of lots number 7 and 8 in the 9th concession and the North Half of lots numbers 6 and 7 in the 9th concession and the South Half of lot number 6th in the 10th concession and concession roads between concession 6 and 7 between cons. 7 and 8 between cons. 8 and 9 and between concessions 9 and 10th may be drained by means of 1. A drain of drains. 2. Deepening, straightening, widening, clearing of obstructions or otherwise improving the stream, creek, or water course, known as Wallace's Creek, or by any or all of such means. And your petitioners will ever pray.
