Lewis Zandbergen Lewis married 1. Patricia Ann Hogan, daughter of Michael and Doris (nee Burd) Hogan. They had a daughter, Jennifer Ann, bom September 17, 1971, in Belleville. Jennifer is married to Raymond Ryan and has two boys: Keaton Alexander, bom April 16, 1995, and Nathaniel Raymond, bom February 10, 2004. They live in Kingston.Grace (Faber) Zandbergen, Judy Faber and Peter Zandbetgen. Dad retired Lewis and his wife, Frances, purchased a small bakery in Bloomfield, just west of Picton. During the summer months they often put in 18- to 20-hour days catering to the tourist trade. However, during the winter months there were many days when business was pretty bleak. After five hectic years, including opening a second outlet in Belleville, the decision was made to close the bakery. At this point Lewis became a "house husband" and stayed home with the kids. In between laundry and cleaning house he upgraded his education, enrolled in prose and fic­ tion workshops, and embarked on a freelance writ- married ' 4 2. Frances Elaine V Faulkner, daughter of Clarence and Lot­ tie (nee Barkhouse) Faulkner. They were blessed with one son and one daugh­ ter. Peter Eric Zan­ dbergen was bom in 1980, and Sarah Elizabeth Zandbergen was bom in 1982. Peter and Sarah attended the Stirling schools and Bayside Sec­ ondary School. Peter went on to Queen's University where he earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. He works at Airborne Systems Canada Ltd. in Belleville. Sarah and her partner, Jerry Cardwell, live in Ottawa where she is a manager trainee at Da- nier Leather; Jerry is a physical security analyst for the federal government.
