- SCOPE AND CONTENTS
This series is comprised of University of Waterloo Convocation programs which include St. Jerome's graduates. These programs also list the University of Waterloo Board of Governors, the Order of Proceedings and of Participants, and lists of graduands. In later issues a short history of the University of Waterloo is given and also an explanation of the ceremony and its symbols as well as recipients of awards and medals, and Dean's Honours Lists.
Beginning in 2014 there has been a St. Jerome's University graduation ceremony in addition to convocation at the University of Waterloo. The programs for these are included.
Also included in these records are St. Jerome's Convocation Liturgy programs, Dean's Honours Lists, some Convocation addresses, memoranda regarding convocation, invitations, and additional typed lists of St. Jerome's graduands. - Notes
- The programs for 2013 are missing.
There are separate convocation programs specifically for St. Jerome's for 1965 and 1968.

St. Jerome's University is located in Waterloo, Ontario, and is situated in the University of Waterloo. It was founded as St. Jerome's College in 1865 by the Congregation of the Resurrection. In 1959, it was granted university status and changed its name to the University of St. Jerome's College. It has been federated with the University of Waterloo since 1960. In 1998, the name was officially changed to St. Jerome's University.
