ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY:

The Executive Committee of the Graduates'Association was established in October, 1986 to oversee, plan and organize graduate events and projects and also to promote the creative participation of the graduates of St. Jerome's in the life of the College.

The Committee is composed of 11 members, 10 who are graduates of St. Jerome's, (including the Director of Graduate Affairs who is an ex-officio member) as well as one representative from the Student Union who is an ex-officio member. Members serve a 2 year term.

SCOPE AND CONTENTS

This series is comprised of the agendas and minutes of Executive Committee meetings. Meetings are held about 4 times a year.

St. Jerome's University is located in Waterloo, Ontario, and is situated in the University of Waterloo. It was founded as St. Jerome's College in 1865 by the Congregation of the Resurrection. In 1959, it was granted university status and changed its name to the University of St. Jerome's College. It has been federated with the University of Waterloo since 1960. In 1998, the name was officially changed to St. Jerome's University.
