- ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY
The President's Financial Advisory Committee (formerly the Budget Committee) assists the President in the preparation of the budget to be submitted to the Board of Governors, advises the President on major expenditures, assists in financial planning, and insures that expenditures are being monitored and scrutinized.
Committee membership consists of the President, Director of Finance and Accounting (Chair), the Vice-President and Academic Dean, one member of the Academic Committee, one member of the faculty, one member of staff, and one student.
SCOPE AND CONTENTS
This series is comprised of agendas and minutes and some financial reports.

St. Jerome's University is located in Waterloo, Ontario, and is situated in the University of Waterloo. It was founded as St. Jerome's College in 1865 by the Congregation of the Resurrection. In 1959, it was granted university status and changed its name to the University of St. Jerome's College. It has been federated with the University of Waterloo since 1960. In 1998, the name was officially changed to St. Jerome's University.
