Description
This subseries is comprised of various plaques pertaining to student awards, scholarships and events.

The plaques included are:

1. 1 brown wooden plaque with gold plating: 38 cm. x 27.5 cm.
The Rev. C.L. Siegfried, C.R. Scholarship,
established and presented on February 28, 1980
by the Faculty and Staff of St. Jerome's College

2. 1 brown wooden plaque with gold plating: 27.5 cm. x 38 cm.
The C.L. Siegfried, C.R. Scholarship plaque
with names of students awarded the scholarship for
the years 1980-1981 to 1989-1990 and a gold name
plate at the bottom: 'The University of St. Jerome's
College'

3. 1 brown wooden plaque with onyx plating: 25 cm. x 37.5 cm.
The Todd Earl Memorial Award with name plates of the students
who received the award for the years 1989 to 1997. The
plaque is in the form of a scroll

4. 1 brown wooden plaque with silver plating: 22 cm. x 30 cm.
In honor of the students of St. Jerome's College and
Notre Dame College for their Charity Run contribution,
from Anchor House, December, 1991

5. 1 framed plaque: 22.5 cm. x 33 cm.
First Year Induction Certificate, 1995 from the University
of Waterloo

6. 1 brown wooden plaque with gold plating: 30 cm. x 22 cm.
The St. Jerome's College Annual Charity Run
Co-Chairpersons' Award with individual annual nameplates,
1996-1997 to 2000-2001.

7. 1 brown wooden plaque with gold plating: 27.5 cm. x 39 cm.
The Founder's Scholarship in Recognition of
Academic Achievement, 1979-1988. Individual
plates for each year plus the title name place
includes a picture of the original St. Agatha log
cabin.

8. 1 brown wooden plaque with gold plating: 45 cm. x 60 cm.
The Founder's Scholarship in Recognition of
Academic Achievement, 1980/1981 to 1988/1989.
Individual name plates for each year with
the names of the corresponding High School. There is
also a name place bearing a picture of the original
St. Agatha log cabin.



Notes
Most of the plaques have scratched and/or discolored plating and the wooden frames are chipped and scraped.
The Todd Earl Memorial Award is missing 2 name plates.
The Annual Charity Run Co-Chairpersons' Award has a large chip on the upper right hand corner.

St. Jerome's University is located in Waterloo, Ontario, and is situated in the University of Waterloo. It was founded as St. Jerome's College in 1865 by the Congregation of the Resurrection. In 1959, it was granted university status and changed its name to the University of St. Jerome's College. It has been federated with the University of Waterloo since 1960. In 1998, the name was officially changed to St. Jerome's University.
