"Introducing John Moriarty: In His Own Words" is a book edited by Michael W. Higgins and Sean Aherne. It was published by The Lilliput Press, Dublin, in 2019. John Moriarty, born in County Kerry, Ireland, was a poet, mystic, and philosopher with the ability to challenge modes of Western thought and perception. He was courageous in acting as a cultural shaman in the pursuit of wisdom and truth. This book gathers Moriarty's core texts with commentary by theologian Michael W. Higgins and Moriarty scholar, Sean Aherne.

St. Jerome's University is located in Waterloo, Ontario, and is situated in the University of Waterloo. It was founded as St. Jerome's College in 1865 by the Congregation of the Resurrection. In 1959, it was granted university status and changed its name to the University of St. Jerome's College. It has been federated with the University of Waterloo since 1960. In 1998, the name was officially changed to St. Jerome's University.
