The baseball season came to a successful close this past week with the championship being decided in the tyke house league series. The Detroit team sponsored by Steve‘s Cycle & Sports won the North West Boys‘ Club tyke softball championship on Sept. 12 at Gulfstream Park over the rival M & L Tigers team. With both teams tied at one game each, this was the deciding . game.
