I am not one who enjoys doing : things by halves. When I get involved, 1 really get involved, and thus to continue doing the things that I enjoy, I want to do them well. Since last October, I have embarked on a career with the Torontoâ€"North York Branch of the Canadian Red Cross Society as Residential Organizer, and am enjoying every minute of it. It is wonderful to be able to work with people who are giving of themselves (their time, talents and blood) for others. By taking on this work full time, I am finding that I am unable to cope with writing this weekly column, and thus, regretfully, I am having to give it up. It isn‘t an easy decision to make, as I have been doing this weekly (holidays excepted) since October, 1963. However, with the approval of the Weston Times, I would like to continue to cover the North York Board of Education meetings and keep the readers informed on what is happening on this very important subject. I would be happy to hear from anyone who would like to carry on this column so that the residents of the Maple Leaf and Amesbury area can be kept upâ€"toâ€"date N fla&'etze HAIR STYLISTS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT with the . local news.
