I am writing in response to an earlier article in the Weston Times. concerning the Teenage Drop-in Centres that have been established at Frank Oke and Fairbank Schools for the summer months. Elected members and staff of the Parks and Recreation Department are to be congratulated for initiating these efforts, but as Mr. Savage, the Commissioner, has noted, this is a small gesture towards meeting the real need for such programs.
