NORTH YOBKHOCKEY After a long run of vic- tories, some of our teams have hit the inevitable slump, which comes to the best of them. Atoms managed to squeeze a t goal tie with Finchurst Red last week, which hopefully will start their winning streak again. Hard working forwards Mark Sanders and Sam Pisani did the scoring for coach Jim Stewart. Minor Bantams were severely mauled by Duffield B.C. in a 7-4 result which was not showing our boys at their best. Marksmen were Romano Carlucci with two, and singles from Bobby Richardson and Peter Crouse. Finchurst White found the Bantam defence having a slack night and pounced in five goals, which luckily we were able to reply to each time, for a tied game. Doubles were fired by Danny McBrien and Peter Grouse, Paul Guiliani getting the odd one. Sam Bailey's Minor Midgets fared a little better than most, taking a 5-2 win over St. Edwards. Big Guns were Paul Knight and Mike Rayner netting twice each, followed by Bob Nadeau with a single. Bob and Paul also featured in beating Willowdale in a 2-0 win starring John Crawford in PHO N E 1 Maple leaf h.
