The special was produced by Bill Bolt and has been patterned after his previous CBCâ€"TV quiz specials on â€" Canadian History, Driving _ and Physical Fitness. To answer this need, Dr. Donald P. Swartz and his colleagues in the obstetrics department initiated in 1963 a family planning clinic. In a report on five! years‘ operation of the clinic, Dr. Swartz said that registrations â€" ‘increased sharply from 215 the first year to 2,313 five years later.
