If a building is on a side street, the display must be setback ten feet from the rear of the property and the building Outdoor Cafes Cafes of this type will be permitted only in associaâ€" tion with an existing restaurant. The area of the outdoor cafe must not exceed 50% of the indoor restaurant floor ‘area devoted to patron use. These â€"cafes are also restricted to the seven foot setback from the curb, and again must be removed at any time upon notification. York sidewalk display control Anything goes â€" May 7, 8, 9, 10 Since September, 1975 Milton and Kally Janetakes have owned and operated Squibbs Stationery Shop in Weston.
