Thistletown Full Gospel Church On Saturday, June 20th, the @nd. â€" Annual â€" Sunday _ School Family Picnic of. the Thistleâ€" town Full Gospel Church was held at Woodside Park, approxâ€" imately 15 miles west of Thistâ€" letown, off Highway 50, near Bolton. A record crowd of some 80 parents and children helped make this event an overwhelinâ€" ing success. The Church Bus, together with several cars left the Brentwood Park and Melody Village arca between 10:30 and 11:00 am and avrived at Woodside Park in plenty of time to sit down io a most welcome lunch. Following lunch, a time of recreation was enjoyed by all, after which a time of organized races and contests were held. Pastor Vaughan is to exchange homes and puipits with the Rev. D. Whitelaw, so this is something in the nature of a working holiday.
