Wendy maintains accurate records of inquiries, number of calls and drop-ins at the Centre and a breakdown of headings for each inquiry. She also keeps the office equipment and stationary supplies available. The Information Co- ordinator is Mrs. Esther Reed. Esther has the job of keeping the files up to date with the latest information. Esther keeps many of the volunteer staff busy durmg their time period by having them call various organizations for In- formation. Our last co-ordinator is Mrs. Ruth Rollings, the Volunteer Co-ordinator. Ruths' job is a never ending one - she prepares the volunteer work schedules. The free bus service promised to residents of the area hampered by the re- construction of the St. Clair overpass at Jane Street is now in effect. The TTC service began last Tuesday. However, the free service is only in effect between St. John's Road and Beginning on Septem- ber 8, 1971, all Borough of York public libraries will be open on Wednesdays in addition to the usual hours. On October 3, 1971, York's Main Library will open Sunday afternoons 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the adult department, October through April. I'm happy being an Odd-Job- Man around the Centre." Everyone knows that all well managed organizations need someone of this type, and we have an excellent one.
