Sales through the Multiple Listing Service of the Toronto Real Estate Board for the first 10 months of 1971 are already greater than in all of 1970, states Joseph P. Abela, president of the 6,000- member board. One of the major projects in the flood control and water conservation program of the Metropolitan and Region Conservation Authority will be open to the public Sunday, November 7, when Claireville Dam holds its annual open house between 1 pm, and 4:30 pm. Half-hour tours of the dam and its five-storey control, tower will be conducted and authority personnel will explain the dam's operation as well as its function within the authority's overall flood control and water con- servation program.
